SailAway64
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Cozy cargo sailing for the N64: tack, gybe, glide.
Deliver cargo between islands in a physics-driven sailing game for the Nintendo 64. Wind direction, sail trim and gusts decide how fast you go. Pull the sail in or let it out, tack upwind, lean out to hold her up, and right the boat if you capsize.

Features
- Sail the wild and open sea to deliver cargo in short missions
- Unlock new sailing tools by completing missions and finding secrets across the map
- Arcadey sailing sim: a Parachute that pulls you, a Spyglass, Ramps, Speed Gates, Wind Tunnels and more
- Dynamic Weather: Storm cells, tornadoes, foggy mornings
- Customization: Dyes for your sail, hull, anchor and rudder

Running it
SailAway64 is a real N64 ROM (.z64). On hardware it needs the Expansion Pak and a flashcart that supports 4 kbit EEPROM saves: Everdrive x7 or Summercart were tested. In an emulator it is developed and tested with the free and open source ares.
Performance

If you get sea sick while playing, set the Frame Rate to Locked and turn off Screenshake in the in-game settings.
